变速器齿轮磨损的原因是

变速器齿轮经常在高转速、高负荷、转速和负荷不断交变的情况下工作。齿轮除了由于正常磨损外，还会由于润滑油品质、润滑条件不良、驾驶操作不当、维修时齿轮装配相互啃合位置不当等原因。均会造成齿轮冲击，轮齿啃合得不好以及起步抖动等，都会加速齿轮的磨损和损伤。另外，齿轮其他部位或其他零件的磨损(如齿轮孔中花键槽、轴承、花键轴等磨损)、变形(如变速器壳体轴承座承孔磨损或变形、花键轴变曲等)，离合器或传动轴的装配不当，制造上的某些缺陷(如渗碳层不均匀、齿轮翘曲等)，也会加速齿轮的磨损。
